I got the local notice board in the shopping centre cleaned up and lighting done. i want to use this for a local jobs board. for those that can handle dealing with future people. the centre can help vet best fit if they want to. but there has to be a place to place local jobs/work needed for local by locals. a notice board is good , due to you walk past and can check. without to much attention. centres or webistes can be to much for some at some times.

a easy access .yes there is caution to be had, i will help vet, or the person can communicate from comunity centre. or we can sort some sort of safety caution.
